Privacy policy
This page is a placeholder. A full privacy policy will be published here before the Foundation's public launch. The statements below describe the Foundation's current posture and are accurate to the best of its knowledge; they are not a substitute for the final counsel-reviewed document.
What information the Foundation collects
The Foundation's website collects only the information that visitors choose to submit through its contact form. The form collects the fields shown on screen (name, email address, and the enquiry content). No additional data is collected silently.
The Foundation does not use third-party advertising trackers, social media pixels, or behavioural profiling tools. No data submitted through the Foundation's forms is relayed to a third-party customer-relationship system. All submissions are stored in the Foundation's own infrastructure.
Analytics
To understand how its website is used, the Foundation records first-party analytics for every visitor: which pages are viewed, the referring website, the visitor's country, and device and browser type. To measure engagement (such as the pages viewed within a single visit) and to distinguish new from returning visitors, the website stores two first-party identifiers on the visitor's device: a per-visit identifier that is cleared when the browser tab closes, and a longer-lived identifier kept for up to one year. These identifiers are random values; they are not linked to any name, email address, or account, and the Foundation never records or stores visitors' IP addresses.
All analytics are first-party and stay within the Foundation's own infrastructure: no data is shared with any third-party analytics provider, advertising network, or social platform. Country information is derived locally using an offline database (DB-IP Lite, CC BY 4.0). A visitor who wishes to reset the identifiers may clear the site's data in their browser or use private browsing.
How the Foundation uses submitted information
Information submitted through the contact forms is used solely to respond to the enquiry. The Foundation does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
